Roundhouse Referral Programme

We worked with Roundhouse to rethink the traditional customer referral programme, creating Chapter, a more personal and considered way for customers to share their Roundhouse experience. From concept and naming to messaging, visual identity and campaign materials, we built the idea around a simple thought: every Roundhouse home becomes part of someone’s story, and a story worth sharing can inspire someone else to begin their own.
